Responsibilities:
You'd be required to frequently visit various places like shopping malls, cafes, college campuses etc in Delhi NCR to promote Probo
Initiate contact with strangers, interact with them and convince them to download the app.
Making people understand the concept of opinion-trading and letting people know about the PROBO app.
Onboarding new users through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Onboard good quality users who stay on the app for a long time. Quality is more important than quantity.
Meet individual and your team’s sales targets
Required Competencies:
Field sales/operations/marketing experience of 1-2 years
Should have a degree in marketing, business management, or similar
Open to commuting frequently for marketing and business in Delhi NCR
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi - any other language is a plus.
You should be a go-getter & high in energy
Logistics:
Presence in office would be required occasionally
The candidate should have a functional laptop along with the mobile phone to be used for official work.
Opportunity to earn a fixed sum upto INR 20,000 a month + upto INR 20,000 of incentives
