Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, etc. in order to meet or exceed on those objectives.Proactively and continuously aspire to serve customer needs, customer expectations and challenges in order to build trusted customer relationships.Assist in executing sales & marketing plan.Business Development & Sales for entire assigned area.Manage sales & marketing operations for promoting books.Coordinate all activities to ensure marketing, sales and follow up with retailersMap potential Retailers, visiting Brands and Onboarding.Recommend changes in products, service, policy, etc. based on evaluation of results and competitive development.Develop and maintain relationships with partner retail field leadership and business owners/management within assigned territory, resolving issues as necessaryDevelop and assist strategic initiatives to maximize credit sales and applicationsBring in new business for the company and convert the new leads.Brand marketing for the company.Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Residing in Delhi/NCR or ready to relocate80%- 100% Travel requiredFresher or 1-2 years of experienceExcellent communication & presentation skills.Presentable and well groomed.Willingness to travel & must have own conveyance (2-wheeler preferably).highly talented, motivated and self-driven individuals having sound knowledge and expertise in Active & Passive Sales.Must be Enthusiastic, Energetic & must have the Zeal to achieve.BBA/BTech. MBA would be an added advantage.High degree of integrity, maturity and ability to work with team.
