We are looking for a Freelance or full time Merchant on Boarding or Field Sales Specialist to join our team.
As a leading fintech brand, we are committed to providing innovative and reliable payment solutions to businesses of all sizes.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who can help us expand our reach by on-boarding, acquiring new merchants and deploying our product.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential merchants and educate them on the benefits of our payment solutions
• Onboard new merchants onto our platform and provide them with training and support on how to use our products
• Deploy and maintain our products at merchant locations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to merchant onboarding and deployment of our products
• Collect feedback from merchants and provide timely reports to the management team
• Maintain accurate records of all merchant transactions and activities Requirements
• Submitting daily report to the management
• Build and lead the team of Field Sales Executives for direct sales and Keep them motivated on daily basis to ensure coverage and numbers.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new tools and systems
• Access to a smartphone and reliable transportation Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• No Minimum Qualifications required

₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
