Job Responsibilities

• · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams

• · Strong organizational skills and Ability to work independently and proactively, with a results-driven approach

• · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce or similar CRM, and other sales tools.

• · Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

• · Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and pain points, and offer customized solutions to address their HR needs.

• · Work closely with the Business Development Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• · Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare daily, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reports to track progress towards sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹10,128.73 - ₹230,000.00 per month
