Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building and managing customer relationships, generating leads, resolving customer complaints, and providing timely feedback to the team. The Field Sales Executive will also keep updated with industry trends, maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and competitors. The role is based in our New Delhi office.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Experience in the glass architectural hardware industry is a plus
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
