Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive that is located in New Delhi. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for the promotion and sales of Steel Shine products, demonstrating products, presenting feasible solutions, evaluating customer needs, and negotiating contracts with the aim of generating sales. The Field Sales Executive will also be responsible for building relationships with prospective customers and maintaining existing ones by providing support, information, and guidance. In this role, you will combine technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products that Steel Shine has to offer.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a related industry
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of Steel Shine products and services as well as the ability to present and sell complex products and services
• Demonstrated experience in building relationships with prospective customers and maintaining existing ones
• Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel as needed and a valid driver's license
