Job Description
Individuals in this role will be working with business stakeholders like End Customers, Painting Contractors, Dealers/retailers and Influencers. Key task of this role is to engage with customers having requirements like painting, waterproofing, wood coating etc. Includes traveling; relationship building and maintaining rapport with the influencers and convincing them for product lifting.
Preferred candidate profile
Attending the company generated service requirement leads
Converting and servicing these leads with the help of a site supervisor
Developing new best quality painting contractors to work on these leads and maintaining relationship with existing XP Painting Contractors
Explain about the products to potential customers/contractors and convince them to purchase
