PepPill is India's first Omni Channel Platform for Independent pharmacies to grow their buiness online, offline. We have launched upgraded platform recently in Chennai and looking to Scale up customer base.

Target Incentives for each Acquistion in addition to Regular Salary
We are looking for Seasoned field Sales executives to market and acquire new customers aggressively.
Responsibilities
Market and Sell B2B tech-enabled platform (www.peppill.com) by signing up new customers for this product/solution
Understand product details well, provide effective sales pitch to increase conversion.
Generate leads by field visits on daily basis, and work with the manager to convert those leads to customers
Driving the sales and promotions with Customers, to increase overall revenue
Ongoing engagement with clients, coordinate with internal departments such as Operations and Customer service to ensure all their needs or met.
Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Resolving client's complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Tirelessly meet or even exceed sales targets (Weekly, Monthly)
Required Qualifications:
Passion towards sales discipline
Should have a strong knowledge in IT products like ERP, B2B Saas/Online platform sales
Experience in Concept /Platform Sales
Experience in cold calling, sending proposals, following up on payments and solving clients problem.
Any graduates. Preferably Bachelor's degree (in Pharmacy preferred)
Should be willing to travel, client locations
Strong in Communication, interpersonal skills , creative and proactive thinker
Self-driven, takes initiative, and target oriented in execution
Has to have two-wheeler & license (Fuel Reimbursement provided)
Minimum 1-3 years experience in selling similar products preferred (Sass/Online Platform)
Familiar with using technology tools (Office, Excel, word) and sales applications (CRM, etc)
