Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard new B2B/B2C customers for telecom products and services.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through field visits and client interactions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, explain service plans, and handle customer queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare daily visit reports, sales updates, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for service activation, issue resolution, and customer support.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and provide inputs for business growth.
• Ensure timely follow-up with leads to close deals efficiently.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of field sales experience in Telecom or related industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
• Good understanding of telecom products, plans, and customer needs.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
