Job Description:
Landlord Relationship Management
1.Develop relationship with Landlords in the assigned territory
2.Land Lord Complaint registration,
3.Complaint Closure with Landlord close looping
4.Escalate Issues to manager in case of non closure

Access Management
1.Ensure the 24 Hrs Access facility
2.Ensure the Access declaration from OME on every 26th of Month
3.Anticipate and resolve issues to minimize estate issues

Rental Management
1.Ensure timely rental payment in the territory assigned
2.Resolve issues leading to delay of payment to attain 100% rental payment in the territory assigned.
3.Cost Saving by Rent reduction, low escalation (Renewal & Sharing), reduction of rental for tenancy exit site and F&F negotiation
