One of our Top Banking clients (One of the top 2 private banks) is hiring full-time Field Sales Managers for their Home Loans department for Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan, Dombivali, Thane and Vashi locations
Job Role and Responsibilities:
• Identify sales opportunities
• Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis
• 1 Year of experience in Home Loan or mortgage loan is mandatory
• Age should not be more than 32 yrs
• Should be doing a business of 40-60 Lac per month
• Closing 3-5 files per month.
• Open for Field sales
• Achieve business objectives and targets through customer acquisition satisfaction
Qualification: Graduation is a Must
Interview:
• 1st round F2F in respective branch
• 2nd with Regional HR
Salary & Benefits:
• Provident Fund
• ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
• Very High Incentives
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Weekly Off: Sunday
