Job Description Daily visits to merchants and visit marking as per beat plan Payment collection and recovery of dues Push merchants to use digital or online payments instead of cash / cheque Tele-calling to select retailers for order booking, if unable to visit due to lockdown or containment measures Raise complaint tickets on behalf of merchants for resolution Converting existing partner pharma retailers to Exclusive Pharma retailers Develop and nurture long term relationship with key Pharma Merchants for enhancing usage and upselling Implementation of the hardware and software. Attend training for the same. Follow up with the interested set of merchants Collection of Security Deposit Responsible for Device issuance to on-boarded retailer Qualification UG Qualification Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG Qualification Any Post Graduate - Any Specialization Doctorate Doctorate Not Required - None Desired Candidate Profile Please refer to the Job description above
