• In-depth knowledge of loan processing and documentation.
• Familiarity with loan approval criteria and risk assessment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse customer base.

• Ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Proficiency in the local language(s) for effective communication.
• Manageable English language skills.
• Hands-on experience in using Excel for reporting and data analysis.
