About Us:
My Inborn Talent is a pioneering company offering DMIT (Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test) to help individuals, especially children, discover their inborn talents, natural learning style, career strengths, and more. We believe that every child is gifted, and our goal is to help parents and schools identify and nurture that gift.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit schools and educational institutions to promote the DMIT test.
Conduct meetings and presentations to explain the benefits of DMIT to school authorities, teachers, and parents.
Build strong relationships with school principals, management, and counselors.
Coordinate with parents and students for DMIT test appointments.
Visit customer homes (or other locations) to collect fingerprints using our biometric device.
Maintain proper documentation and records of visits and client interactions.
Report daily progress and feedback to the reporting manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills in English and local language.
Confidence to present and explain services to school authorities and parents.
Basic knowledge of using mobile apps or tabs (for fingerprint capture).
Must have a two-wheeler and smartphone.
Prior experience in field sales, education, or counseling is a plus.
Other Details:
Salary/Compensation: Fixed + Incentives (based on performance and number of tests closed)
Working Days: 6 days a week (Flexible hours as per school schedules and client convenience)
Travel: Local travel required (travel allowance provided)
