POSITION - Field Manager for Business Development
About GENERAL DIAGNOSTICS INTERNATIONAL (P) LTD.
GD is a Medical Technology company with headquarters and key laboratory operations in Navi Mumbai and labs
across NCR - Uttar Pradedh, Bihar, Bengal and Maharashtra. Since its inception in 2008 by management graduates
from IIT + IIM, GD has been continually evolving, transforming and thriving through its innovations, operational
efficiency, and creation of breakthrough analytics and diagnostics solutions. Today GD offers it’s highly
sophisticated diagnostics services through franchise partners across 70+ cities in India and also has its equity held
and collaboration-laboratories in 5-countries across Europe and Latin Americas. The institution has a team of over
300 technicians, doctors and researchers and a network of over 10,000 franchise partners.
Designation: Executive – Business Development (Field Sales)
Desired Profile
Education : Graduate
Experience : Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in field sales
Preferred : Medical Representative / Diagnostics sales / Any sale
Job Responsibilities:
Identify prospective franchisee partners (small laboratories, collection centers, clinics/ mid-
size hospitals)) who will sell the diagnostics services of GD.
Explain the services and policies of GD franchisee and convince a client to become a franchise
partner of GD.
Visit the potential clients at pre-designated time as per a daily call list.
Meet the Franchise Partners who have become inactive; understand the concerns and
coordinate with the head-office to get them resolved.
Serve as the link between Lab, clinics, hospital and GD Lab with respect to service
delivery.
Compensation: Shall depend on years of relevant experience and personality
assessment but, will be one of the most significant in this industry.
Bike & Driving License Mandatory
Age - Below 35 Yrs

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
