Duties
Conduct outside sales activities by visiting prospective clients and existing accounts to promote our offerings
Develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking
Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize revenue while maintaining customer relationships
Collaborate with marketing teams to identify market trends and develop effective sales strategies
Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits tailored to client needs
Analyze market data to identify potential areas for expansion and improvement
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry developments, competitors, and emerging technologies
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development roles
Strong negotiation and account management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
Experience in technology or technical sales preferred
Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer feedback
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting sales targets
Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans for business growth and client engagement
