Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Field Sales Representative to expand our reach in the Delhi NCR region. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients in various industries, including restaurants, fine dining establishments, hospitals, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients in the restaurant, fine dining, and healthcare sectors within your designated territory.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key personnel at client businesses.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our power bank rental service, its features, and how it can benefit potential clients.
- Consultative Sales: Understand the unique needs of each client and tailor our solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market insights to provide valuable feedback to our team.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Travel: Utilize your own bike for travel within the designated territory to reach clients efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in both English and the local language.
- Previous experience in field sales or a related role is a plus.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and access to a motorbike for travel.
