Job Description
As a Field Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and promote our company's products or services in designated territories. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. This position requires frequent travel and face-to-face interactions with potential and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
2. Identify and prospect new customers, generate leads, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
3. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales negotiations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.
4. Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and strategies for achieving sales objectives.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
6. Provide timely and accurate sales reports, activity logs, and customer feedback to management.
7. Participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to promote our products and generate leads.
8. Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

10. Continuously develop and enhance selling skills through training programs and self-study.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.
3. Strong sales acumen and a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and sales tracking.
7. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
8. Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
