Job Summary:
Pay Package: INR 2.2 LPA + Incentives
Populencer is seeking an experienced and dynamic On-Field Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing sales deals. As an On-Field Sales Specialist, you will be required to meet with clients face-to-face, understand their needs, and provide solutions that align with their goals. Your role will also involve analyzing market trends and staying up-to-date with industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services
Meet with potential clients and conduct sales presentations to showcase the company's offerings
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
Manage and nurture leads through the entire sales process
Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and achieve revenue targets
Analyze market trends and stay up-to-date with industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on sales performance to management
Participate in sales events and trade shows to showcase the company's products and services
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns that align with company goals.
Requirements:
At least 6 months of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an extroverted personality
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to analyze data and identify market trends
Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours and travel as required
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
