Job Overview:
We are looking forward for a result driven Hand Holder which will be responsible for generating leads and provide excellent customer service to boost our customer base and profitability.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Generating Leads/ Area Development
• Meeting or exceeding Sales targets
• Maintaining a track of daily activities and reporting it to HBD
• Responsibility to create agents and delegate work
• Monitoring of sales follow-up from agents on continuous basis
• Maintaining good customer relationships
• Arranging field meeting as and when required
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in any field can apply
• Understanding of sales process and dynamics
• Experience of using computer for various tasks
• Able to work comfortably in market
• A commitment to excellent customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary : Upto 1.4 K/ per annum
