Completes and successfully pass assigned training tasks on assigned products and responsibilitiesWorking knowledge of Sciex and OEM products ( CE / LC / LCMS-MS )Experienced in performing high quality installation, repair and maintenance on mass spec instrumentsAssigned and responsible for customer satisfaction at strategic accountsPerforms IQ / OQ and other qualification products.
Includes training.Mentors and trains lesser experienced staff membersExperienced in HPLC / CE installation and maintenancePerforms preventive maintenance on select productsDemonstrates and completes all administration dutiesMaintains own tool and parts inventory to ensure adequate supplyDemonstrating the operations of the CE , LC-MS / MS instruments to customersEnsure that response time, down time and spares & consumables inventories at customer sites is tracking at acceptable levelsEnsure quality service support is being provided such that high levels of customer satisfaction contributes to win rateWork closely with Sales and Application Support teams to leverage competitive advantage for the business in the regionContribute to development, nurturing and retention of key customer base in the regionProvide market intelligence and trends to the teamShare business leads with the sales teamMake timely escalations to the service leadership in order to get timely and relevant support for driving business in the regionEducation and / or Work Experience Requirements : MSc / BE / in Electronics or Instrumentation;
