Job Description
• Accountable for providing mainly Installation & service field support to the customers.
• Providing on call support to the customers to reduce breakdown time.
• Ensuring availability of Engineers if require as per another breakdown requirements.
• Handling all breakdown service calls timely, software related problem.
• Responsible for daily reporting service, up-gradation of machines and its application,
• Making and maintaining customer relation
• documentation & database management
• Taking care of preventive maintenance.
Should have hands on experience in Multi Modality Service- CT, MRI, Critical CareEquipments
