Job Description
Accountable for providing mainly Installation & service field support to the customers.
Providing on call support to the customers to reduce breakdown time.
Ensuring availability of Engineers if require as per another breakdown requirements.
Handling all breakdown service calls timely, software related problem.
Responsible for daily reporting service, up-gradation of machines and its application,
Making and maintaining customer relation
documentation & database management
Taking care of preventive maintenance.
Should have hands on experience in Multi Modality Service- CT, MRI, Critical CareEquipments
