Job Overview:
Fenton Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Service Engineer to manage the installation, servicing, and maintenance of Commercial RO Plants, Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the water treatment industry and a strong understanding of plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and commission Commercial RO, STP, and ETP plants at client sites.
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of water treatment plants.
Conduct plant inspections to ensure optimal functioning and performance.
Respond to customer service requests and provide timely technical support.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, service reports, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical insights and feedback.
Travel to client locations for installation and service calls, as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in servicing Commercial RO, STP, or ETP plants.
Strong knowledge of water treatment plant operations and maintenance procedures.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler for travel to client locations.
Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering (preferred).
Good communication and customer service skills.
