Job Summary:
The person should be highly capable of maintaining a good relationship with the existing customers in their own territory by giving proper technical support and train the customer to utilize the delivered product to the fullest at the same time generate potential leads, make sales and bring in new customers in their appropriate territory.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Should Have a Clear Understanding about the Sales Funnel (Leads, Deals and Customers) in their territory and make their daily field calls, meetings and demo’s aggressively to attain their monthly sales targets on time.
• Attend Service visits on time immediately and support the existing customers in their territory.
• Attend any new product Installation on the territory and train the customer as per the SOP.
• Make Preventive Maintenance Visits and educate customers about the service needed and to avoid any surprise breakdowns.
