Job Description
Field Support Engineer Requirment:
• Call Log Data is accurately recorded and submitted in a timely manner.
• Ensure availability of customers at the proposed call time.
• Reconfirm nature of the technical problem.
• Attend to complaints diligently avoiding distraction.
• Ensure customer interactions are polite and at a professional level.
• Ensure standard tool kit and spares are carried.
• Notify Head-service of the transit movements from time to time such as arrival at customers place completion time, complex problems etc.
• Ensure collection and submission of service report duly signed by the customer.
• Endeavour to get customer feedback on the service report itself.
• Gently volunteer suggestions to the customer to enter into AMC contracts
• On-going up gradation of knowledge and skill sets.
• Status to be updated to the customer & close the job card entry if it's completed.

Salary: ₹+,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
