Job Description
We are looking for a mechanic to lead the assembly and maintenance of robots and to develop processes for general mechanical tasks (assembly, repair, maintenance, safety, etc.).
Location: 1-8-10, Takaida-Hondori, Higashi-Osaka, Osaka
• Identify the causes of malfunctions, evaluate options, and implement corrective measures
• Provide detailed feedback to the engineering team to enhance the quality and repairability of robots
• Develop efficient and repeatable work processes to handle a large volume of assembly and repair tasks.
• Create process manuals to improve team efficiency
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on technical matters related to robot assembly and maintenance, offering engineers accurate and effective advice and support
• Collaborate with other partners to improve quality, ensure consistent processes, and meet deadlines
• Japanese Level: Conversational
• Available to work in shifts, including night shifts
• Must have a Driving License in Japan
• Practical experience as a mechanic technician in the automotive or industrial automation industry, with a preference for experience in robotics engineering
• Proficiency in mechanical experience, including assembly and repair of mechanical components such as electric motors, gearboxes, and industrial or automotive products
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings, circuit diagrams, and blueprints. Capability to learn the necessary computer and software tools for assembly and repair work
• Experience in designing and implementing comprehensive assembly or repair processes
• Strong teamwork and communication skills. A pragmatic approach that allows you to work as a resource in cross-functional teams
• Basic English reading and writing skills
• We will assess and determine the annual income based on your experience
