Job Description
The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing equipment, preferably in the material handling industry. They will also possess basic computer knowledge, self-motivation, and excellent communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities:
Travel to customer locations to diagnose and repair equipment
Perform field service tasks as needed
Interact with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service provided
Meet required productivity and quality standards
Maintain accurate records and reports as needed
Requirements:
5 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing equipment, preferably in the material handling industry
Basic computer knowledge
Self-motivation and ability to work under little or no supervision
Excellent communication and customer relations skills
Driver's license with a good driving record
Must provide own tools
