YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a Field Service Technician based in Erskine Park to provide installation, servicing, repairs, maintenance and technical support across a range of specialist emergency response equipment.

This is a hands-on role working both in the workshop and on site, supporting customers with reliable technical service and helping ensure equipment is maintained to the highest standard. For the right person, this role also offers the opportunity to grow into a supervisory position over time.

Install, service, repair and maintain emergency response equipment
Carry out workshop and field-based technical work across NSW
Diagnose faults and deliver practical, timely solutions for customers
Ensure all work is completed to OEM and compliance requirements
Support strong service delivery through accurate reporting and job updates

ABOUT YOU

You’re a capable technician with solid mechanical or technical instincts, strong problem-solving ability and a professional approach with customers. You’re comfortable working independently, take pride in doing the job properly and want to build your career in a specialist service environment.

Experience servicing, repairing or installing technical equipment
Strong fault-finding skills and a practical hands-on mindset
Ability to work on site and in the workshop with minimal supervision
Confident communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
Sound computer skills across systems such as Outlook, Word and Excel
ADVANTAGEOUS

Experience with emergency response or specialist safety equipment
Mechanical fitter, trades or similar technical background
Prior field service experience in a similar environment
Leadership potential and interest in stepping into a future supervisor role
