Job Description
Install, maintain, and repair equipment at Sika and customer sites according to established standards and timeframes.
Perform equipment calibration in compliance with Sika and Australian Standards.
Liaise with Technical Sales Representatives regarding equipment and product requirements for customer sites.
Conduct audits of Sika installations as required and maintain the Asset Register of all capital equipment.
Adhere to Work Health & Safety procedures when scheduling or undertaking works.
Update CRM upon job completion and escalate issues as appropriate.
Carry out other projects or assignments related to equipment and customer service as needed.
Qualifications
3+ years' technical service experience in concrete or a related industry.
Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Self-motivated, confident, and customer-focused.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Collaborative team player.
