Don’t miss this opportunity to join the leading beverage company in Australia! Asahi Beverages is currently on the lookout for a Field Service Technician to join our team. In this position, your main responsibility will be providing service and repair for our beverage equipment across the Perth area, while also interacting with our valued customers to ensure an exceptional experience. Our team is dedicated and enthusiastic about their work and joining us will allow you develop your skills with the guidance of seasoned professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Service and repair of our beverage equipment including post-mix equipment and frozen carbonated beverage machines (training on industry specific equipment will be provided)
Being the face of Asahi Beverages providing best-in-class customer service to all our customers/suppliers
Actively solving problems and troubleshooting key issues as they arise
Providing fault finding/diagnostic services for our customers and quickly interpreting the correct course of action
Corrective and preventative maintenance of all equipment and problem analysis work to prevent ongoing issues
Ensuring that all company workplace health and safety policies, practices and procedures are always followed whilst on duty
Resolution of any ad-hoc issues or appropriate escalation of the issue for resolution and follow up
About You
Experience in a technical service role in electrical work, mechanical fitting, domestic appliance servicing, or similar will allow you to transition into learning about our beverage dispensary equipment.
You'll be a great fit for the role if you also possess the following:
A trade qualification in a relevant field (ie. fitter, refrigeration, electrical, or vehicle mechanic)
Valid Australian Driver's License
Ability to adapt swiftly to changing circumstances and effectively prioritise tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
An eagerness to learn, and motivated to obtain new skills
A commitment to fostering a positive team culture within our organisation
A strong dedication to safety, ensuring your own well-being along with the safety of those that you interact with daily
