Our team in New Plymouth are looking for a Field Service Technician who's trade-qualified with significant relevant experience to assess, repair and maintain our equipment at a variety of sites around the Taranaki Region. Having a qualification/work experience repairing EWP gear would be advantageous but it isn't essential. If you enjoy being out on the road and want to use and develop your existing skills and product knowledge, we'd love to hear from you!
What you'll do:
Repair and maintenance of a wide variety of modern Earthmoving and Construction Equipment
Provide expert assistance to colleagues and customers in the workshop, our branches, and on customers sites
Carry out planned maintenance and repairs in the branch workshop
What you will need:
A Level 4 trade qualification in Heavy Automotive Plant and Equipment or equivalent
Full Class 1 Driver Licence (other classes and Endorsements advantageous)
Strong product knowledge in the earthmoving/construction sectors
Ability to effectively communicate technical information
Basic to intermediate computer skills and good record management techniques
