Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Service technician to join our team! Who will be responsible for providing technical support, repairing and helping our customers by responding to their requests for service in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
• Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.(Battery Charger & automotive workshop equipment)
• Supporting customers through technical and repairing activities.
• Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
• Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues
• Understanding customer needs and concerns
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Providing technical direction to the team
• Participating in the training of new team members
• Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Automobile and Mechanical engineering
