Job Title: Field Services Specialist
This role entails delivering essential field services to HMPs and Propac customers, including servicing, repairs, installations, b-commissioning, training, and other related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Servicing and repairing equipment and machinery at customer sites
Installing new equipment and systems as required
Commissioning and testing newly installed equipment
Providing training and technical support to customers
Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role or industry
Strong knowledge of field service operations and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard software applications
