About The Role
We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Melbourne branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and supporting Colour and B&W print equipment, ancillary products, and associated software services solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure customer satisfaction through on-site corrective and preventative maintenance on customer equipment.
Report to the VIC Service Delivery Manager.
Requirements:
A strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and professional approach.
A positive attitude when dealing with customers.
