Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician/Engineer. The Field Service Technician/Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing CNC machinery and equipment at customer's sites. They will also diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, documentation, and provide technical support to customers.
Qualifications
• Proficient in Electrical, Mechanical, and Electronics troubleshooting skills
• Experience in Retrofitting, maintenance and repair of CNC machinery and equipment, particularly Machine Tools from European Union (EU)
• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical schematics, and user manuals
• Customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively
• Experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems is a plus
• Willing to work flexible hours and travel frequently within Bengaluru and surrounding areas
• Completed diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical engineering or equivalent degree
