We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Capability Technology Delivery Lead to enrich our Song team. This individual will take charge of managing successful field service technology programs, emphasizing client relationships, financial oversight, project execution, resource management, and overall program health. Candidates with a consulting background and experience in strategy, field service experience design, and technology delivery will thrive in this role.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global service solutions that integrate various customer channels and back-office service centers.
• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with senior management while identifying opportunities for follow-up projects.
• Planning and estimating delivery work using Agile methodologies, focusing on project milestones, resource management (both on-shore and off-shore), budget control, and risk management.
• Managing daily operations of on-shore and off-shore project teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Overseeing the project ideation process, gathering high-level business requirements, and defining detailed requirements into epics and stories.
• Guiding experience-led teams in crafting strategic visions and innovative UI/UX designs.
• Contributing to the development and execution of platform migration and global rollout strategies.
• Engaging with client stakeholders for business justification, funding, scope, and timeline discussions.
• Enhancing solution and program offerings by contributing to methodologies, techniques, and business development tools.
To excel in this role, you should have:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering successful Field Service platform projects.
• Experience with functional capabilities such as Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, and ServiceMax.
• Knowledge in service delivery enablement and distributed service support networks.
• Understanding of AI-driven service operations and experience with service delivery operations, including service centers and field service operations.
• At least 5 years of experience with both Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies in large-scale web and commerce applications.
• Experience in service channel experience design and implementation.
• Proficiency in defining and implementing development architectures using CI/CD principles.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to create detailed plans, identify issues, and lead meetings.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills for effective client and team management.
• A background in consulting with a proven track record of innovation on global scale programs.
• A bachelor's degree.
Compensation at Accenture varies based on multiple factors including location, role, skill set, and experience level. We anticipate this job posting will be available on 01/27/2026 for at least 3 days.
