Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Chennai. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to customers, installing and maintaining equipment, and conducting on-site repairs and upgrades. The Field Services Engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

• Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites
