Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Services Engineer at Gorsan Impex Pvt Ltd located in Ahmedabad. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and conducting equipment installations and upgrades.
Qualifications
• ITI,Diploma mechanical ,electrical
• Proven experience in field service engineering or a similar role
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical issues
• Strong knowledge of cad software
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing excellent service
• Availability to travel and work on-site as required
• Certifications in relevant technologies or manufacturers is a plus
