Job Description
1. Prospect and identify potential customers in the education sector, primarily schools, and educational institutes.
2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other effective sales strategies.
3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of prospects' needs, challenges, and pain points to effectively demonstrate how our school management software can address their specific requirements.
4. Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers, such as school administrators, principals, and IT managers, highlighting the features, benefits, and value proposition of our software solution.
5. Collaborate closely and execute effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
6. Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
7. Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of the software solution for new clients.
8. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing account management and support to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
+. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our software solution in the market.
10. Maintain accurate and timely sales records, reports, and forecasts using CRM software.
11. Participate in sales meetings, conferences, trade shows, and other events to enhance industry knowledge, promote the company's brand, and expand professional networks.
