Educational Qualifications : Minimum 12th Pass with basic computer aptitude
Age : Maximum 35 years
Other requirements : Should have a two-wheeler and its Driving License
Monthly Salary : Rs 13000 to Rs 17000 (as per capability) Plus Performance Linked Incentive linked to target
Place of Posting : Effort will be made to post the selected candidates at or near their home District.
Job Profile :
The Field Supervisor will be required to supervise a group of 25-30 BC Agents (BCAs) who are running Banking Kiosks of major Public Sector Banks on behalf of the Company. He is to visit at least three BCAs on a daily basis and cover all BCAs at least once a month or more frequently in case of need.
Field Supervisor shall coordinate with Bank’s concerned Circle Office to provide technical and logistical support to BCAs.
Field Supervisor is required to follow up with BCAs to ensure that they open their outlets daily and improve their customer transactions. He will also follow up with BCAs for enrolment of customers under the Govt’s Social Security Schemes or undertake other activities as directed by the Bank/Govt from time to time.
Field Supervisor will also ensure that Bank’s prescribed guidelines are followed by the BC Agents and they undertake customer transactions for the Bank’s customers strictly as per Bank’s instructions.
