Job Summary:
Field Technician
We are seeking a team player with great customer service and professionalism to join our Field Technician team. As a Field Technician, you will work in the field using your technical acumen to deliver essential and innovative technology to our customers while consistently exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades for residential customers
Provide world-class customer service and educate customers on proper use of Spectrum services and equipment
Work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions to resolve customer issues
Use problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair services
Maintain accurate records and reports of work completed
Requirements:
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Technical skills: Problem solver with a technical aptitude, computer and software application use
Able to accurately measure distances, use hand tools, and safely operate company vehicles
Communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsible/reliable
Ability to lift up to +0 lbs, climb ladders to 32 feet, and work in confined spaces and at heights
