Confido Security Group is a leading provider of security and crowd control services across Western Australia. We are currently seeking experienced and professional Crowd Controllers and Security Officers to join our growing team.
What We’re Looking For:
We want motivated, well-presented individuals with a strong customer service mindset and a commitment to safety and professionalism. Successful candidates will demonstrate:
Strong physical presence and situational awareness
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to engage respectfully with diverse communities
Professionalism in team and independent work environments
Competency in report writing (paper and digital)
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe and secure environment for patrons, clients, and staff
Monitor premises to prevent theft, damage, or anti-social behavior
Provide First Aid when required
Uphold site-specific protocols and contribute to team cohesion
FIFO Opportunities:
2:2 / 4:4 Roster (with the option to work metro shifts on off weeks in Perth)
All flights/ accommodation provided
Ongoing training, development, and career progression
Supportive and professional team culture
Requirements:
Applicants must have the following:
WA Security Officer and Crowd Control Licences (required)
Current First Aid Certificate
Responsible Service of ******* (RSA)
Valid Driver’s Licence
Client-specific site inductions (can be arranged)
