Job description
Role & responsibilities:
- Candidate will be handling all HR functions/activities including faculty recruitments.
- To ensure that employees comply in adherence to company service contract rules and policies.
- Will work closely with HR team for HR matters and Legal team for Legal issues/matters/cases.
- Liasioning with Legal consultants, penal advocates and other Govt. authorities for related matters.
- Coordination with internal team for sending various HR/legal related communications/notices, filing of complaints/cases with various authorities/courts/forums etc. Handling disciplinary issues.
- Representing the organisation in different courts/forums/tribunals/other authorities etc. as and when required.
- Have to properly follow guidelines/company policies/directions of the Reporting Head/management.
- Would act proactively for completion of tasks in time bound manner.
- Coordination with all centres and departments for related matters.
- Giving proper updates and information to the Reporting Head/management as required.
- Maintaining proper MIS, records and documentation.
- May have to travel to different locations as and when required for HR / legal related issues/matters.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Should have Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Should have a strong background in HR / Legal Management.
- Should be energetic and dynamic.
- Team player and should have good interpersonal skills.
- Should possess excellent drafting skills.
- Ability to handle pressure in all situations.
MBA HR : LLB with at least 8- 13 years of experience.
Experience of working in the Corporate sector.
