The Role
Must possess design, development skillset related to core banking.
Must possess analytical skills in debugging issues and analyzing the root cause.
Manage a team of engineers and follow up on deliverable with and across teams.
Taking up new requirements from business and delivering the same within the stipulated timelines.
Attending queries from central offices / branches / business units and providing resolution.
Should be able to debug the issues and corrective changes in Finacle scripting / SQL / menu.
Key Responsibilities
Maximum 12-13 years of experience in Finacle CBS implementation/customization and migration(Techno-Functional)
Good understanding of banking process and functionalities
Should possess good analytical skills, troubleshooting experience in Finacle menus and services.
Proficient in Finacle data structure and related tables.
Sound knowledge of Finacle modules such as CASA, CC, OD, Loans, Trade Finance, CRM and SVS.
Knowledge of SOL operations, EOD/BOD process, batch execution, charges, liens and exception handling.
Must be well verse with Finacle menu options and its functioning.
Overview of Finacle technical architecture, FInacle scripting, MTT, MRT, Shell scripting and Jasper reports
Expertise in Oracle PL /SQL and writing SQL queries.
Expertise and knowledge of Core Banking migration related to either of version upgrade, component upgrade.
Must have experience of tools such as SQL Developer, standard ticketing applications.
Work experience of Finacle channel applications FI, Connect 24 is an added advantage.
Experience in configuring and maintaining Finacle services will be an advantage.
Experience in working on similar support projects for banks and financial organizations is desired.
Qualifications
Any university degree (IT)

Proficiency in English is a must
