Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our finance team. The role involves managing financial operations, vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth accounting processes while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Manage complete accounting operations using Tally ERP
Handle GST compliance, filing, and related documentation
Process TDS calculations, deductions, and returns
Execute vendor payments and maintain healthy vendor relationships
Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records
Generate and analyze financial reports using Excel
Handle corporate communications and email correspondence in English
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes
Support financial planning and budgeting processes
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial management
Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Excel
Strong understanding of GST and TDS regulations
Excellent cash handling and reconciliation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience in corporate communication and stakeholder management
Required Skills Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP
Expert-level MS Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial matters
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Professional email communication capabilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills for vendor management

Knowledge of project-based accounting
