About the Job: Qinecsa Solutions is hiring a Finance Accounting Manager with experience of 8+ years to join their office in Bengaluru. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements, and supporting financial reporting processes. The role focuses on delivering timely and reliable financial information to support decision-making and organizational performance. Eligibility • Fully qualified accountant such as CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent. • Minimum 8 years of experience in a financial accounting role. • Strong knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS, UK GAAP, or relevant frameworks. • Experience in preparing statutory accounts and supporting audits. • Strong general ledger and reconciliation experience. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Experience with NetSuite ERP systems is desirable. • Experience in multi-entity or group environments is desirable. • Strong technical accounting knowledge. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • High level of integrity and professionalism. Role and Responsibilities • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards. • Prepare supporting schedules, reconciliations, and variance analyses. • Assist with group consolidation where applicable. • Lead or support month-end and year-end closing processes. • Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and prepayments. • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly. • Ensure deadlines are met and maintain financial data integrity. • Assist in preparing statutory accounts and regulatory returns. • Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation. • Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, and regulatory reporting requirements. • Maintain strong internal controls and adherence to financial policies. • Maintain and monitor the general ledger. • Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions. • Review and improve accounting processes and procedures. • Contribute to continuous improvement of financial systems and processes. • Support finance transformation initiatives.
