Finance & Accounting Rotational Program Analyst at Lumen
In Boise, Idaho, United States, we are seeking top-tier talent to join our Finance & Accounting Rotation Program ('FAR') as a rotational analyst. This 2-year program is designed to accelerate your career path by providing a unique strategic perspective and a wide network.
The Role
We are looking for upcoming graduating seniors with a passion for finance or accounting who are eager to transform businesses and grow their careers with a Fortune 150 Company. The FAR program is made up of four, six-month rotational assignments, allowing early in career professionals the opportunity to pivot through several different areas within the Finance organization.
Main Responsibilities
Beyond the four rotational assignments, FAR participants will complete mentorship programs, supplemental classroom activities, and executive seminars that focus on leadership and business competencies, technical skills, and the economics of the industry.
