Position: Material Preparation - Manager (Plant)
Shall have extensive experience in a Plate preparation Shop with good exposure to Plasma & Laser cutting machines, Plate Rolling machines, CNC Bending and drilling machines.
Main duties
Planning and scheduling of all processes in line with the production plan and actual shop requirements and ensuring availability of kits to avoid production hold up.
Implement preventative maintenance schedules; ensure all safety measures for machines and people, regular check of tools - regrinds - replacement, etc.
Develop standards, monitor actual productivity and continuously control lost time and maintain high productivity.
Specific Requirements
B.E. / B. Tech Mechanical
Around 10 ~ 12 years of experience in the engineering / heavy manufacturing industry preferably capital goods industries.
CTC range - up to 12L
