About Svamaan:
Svamaan Financial Services Private Ltd (SFSPL) was incorporated on October 31st, 2017 and its operations commenced from January 2026. SFSPL is registered as NBFC-MFI with RBI w.e.f. September 2018. The company aims to promote financial inclusion and drive socio-economic well-being of women and micro-enterprise across India.
The company is engaged primarily in providing microfinance services to women who are enrolled as members and organized as Joint liability group (JLG). In addition to the core business of providing micro-credit, the Company also provides other financial products and services to the members. It typically offers lending through three products: income generation loans, supplementary income generation loans and consumer durable loans. It caters to the customer segments which are financially underserved in the rural areas.

Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities
Process Vendor payments and check request
Process employees reimbursements and Payroll processing.
Ensure payment of withholding tax, GST, PF, PT and other statutory dues within due dates.
Handling various reconciliations.
Responsible for closing of monthly books of accounts.
Ensure compliance of all Accounting Standards, Income Tax Act and GST Act.
Provide assistance in preparation of Vouchers, MIS, BRS.
Manages TDS and GST recording
Maintains Assets Record
Preparation of various returns to regulatory bodies (Income Tax, GST, TDS) •
Preparation of Form 3CD and Annexure.
Domain Knowledge required:
Accounting Standards.
Income Tax Act, 1+61
Regulatory compliances in GST.
Regulatory compliances in TDS.
Tally (Mandatory).
Proficiency in MS-Excel is a must.
